Oral’s connection to the Kanta system will be interrupted 1–6 June. We will continue to serve our customers as usual during this break.
If you have an appointment between 1 and 6 June, your health and treatment information will not be stored in the Kanta system. Instead, it will only be stored in Oral’s own patient information system. During the break, our dentists and dental hygienists will also not be able to retrieve your medical records from Kanta. As the break also affects the electronic prescription service eResepti, during the break, we will be making the prescriptions in paper form or by calling the pharmacy.
