At-home whitening

Whiten your teeth at home using a custom-made whitening tray and safe but efficient whitening gel.

You can whiten your teeth at home using a custom-made whitening tray and safe but efficient whitening gel. Our dental hygienist will provide you with detailed instructions for whitening your teeth at home.

The service process

During a tooth whitening assessment or laser whitening visit, the dental hygienist will replicate your teeth, and the dental technician will use the replicas to create customised whitening trays. At your second visit, you will test and try on the trays and receive instructions from the dental hygienist.

You can continue whitening your teeth with the trays at home, until you have reached the desired tone.

When should I make an appointment for this service?

When you want to whiten your teeth at home or maintain the results of laser whitening.

What should I take into account when making the appointment?

Make an appointment for a free whitening assessment if you haven’t had replicas made of your teeth by a dental hygienist before. The whitening assessment includes an examination of the mouth and teeth.

The whitening always requires that the mouth is clean. Gum inflammations are treated and tartar is removed before the whitening. Dental whitening is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
