Piia Rajala

I have worked as a dental hygienist for more than 20 years, and I am meticulous, precise and calm in my work.

The routine appointment includes removal of hard and soft bacteria coating and stain removal, self-care guidance, cleaning technique revision and fluoride treatment. Pain relief during treatment is important, and I prefer the use of local anaesthetic cream. I use powder polishing, coarse paste cleaning, ultrasonic scaler and manual instruments.

I work with a periodontist and can refer you to a dentist or specialised dentist if necessary.
