Telephone call recording at Oral

We record all calls to our centralised booking number to ensure customer service quality and assignments. The calls are recorded as Wav files on a server. The recordings are stored for a maximum of six months after which they are automatically destroyed. The server where the recordings are saved is located in premises equipped with an electronic access control system.

The access to the recording system is monitored with personal usernames and passwords and persons accessing the system are logged in a user log. Call recordings can be processed only by entitled persons who are subject to an obligation of secrecy.

If a customer who has called to the telephone service wishes to review the recordings of his/her calls, he/she is requested to contact Oral’s contact persons. The listening of the call recordings will take place at an Oral office.
