Oral Hammaslääkärit Plc has merged into its parent company, Oral Hammaslääkärit Ltd. The aim of the merger is to simplify the group structure. The merger does not affect Oral’s services or personnel. The same familiar dentists and other healthcare professionals continue to serve our customers at the same locations.
As a result of the merger the data controller for Oral’s patient and customer registers, as specified in the EU GDPR, changes from the merging company to the receiving company. Therefore, from 1 June 2022 onwards, the data controller is Oral Hammaslääkärit Ltd. The change of the data controller does not require any action from our customers.
